Pesto, Mozzarella and Bocconcini Pizza

This simple step-by-step recipe for Pesto, Mozzarella, and Bocconcini Pizza brings together creamy cheeses and vibrant pesto for a deliciously easy meal. Perfect for weeknights or casual gatherings, it’s a crowd-pleaser you’ll want to make again and again.

Ingredients 

1 pre-made pizza dough.

1/4 cup pesto sauce. 

4 oz shredded mozzarella.

4 oz sliced bocconcini.

1/4 cup grated parmesan.

Preparation

Roll out your pre-made pizza dough to desired thickness on a floured surface.

Spread the pesto sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edge.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

Arrange the sliced bocconcini cheese over the mozzarella cheese.

Place the pizza onto a pizza peel and launch onto the rotating ceramic stone in the pizza oven.

Cook for 90 seconds until the cheese has a bubbly texture.

Remove the pizza from the pizza oven and top it with grated parmesan cheese. 

Cut and serve immediately.
