How do I clean and maintain a pizza stone after use?
The pizza stone should be cleaned only with a brush. If you must wash the pizza stone, use light dish soap and water.
View our cleaning guide for more information.
How is the pizza stone installed?
Simply put the pizza stone in the center mechanism matching the hole with the hexagonal piece molded to the stone.
How long does it take to preheat a pizza stone properly?
We recommend pre-heating your pizza oven at full temperature for a minimum of 20 minutes before you launch your pizza.
Is it safe to put a pizza stone in the dishwasher?
No. We would not recommend that you put your pizza stone in the dishwasher.
Should I leave the pizza stone in the oven when stored?
Yes, the pizza stone can be left out in all environments. However, pizza stones do not react well to sudden temperature changes. If it's cold outside, a gradual preheat on Minimum to start would be ideal to not create any stress fractures.
I broke my pizza stone. What do I do?
If your pizza stone is covered in your warranty, we will replace it free of charge. If not, the stone can be purchased through our website.
