Can I wash the stone?
The stone should be cleaned only with a brush. If you must wash it, use dish soap and water and make sure the stone has at least 72 hours of drying time.
How is the stone installed?
Simply put the stone in the center mechanism matching the hole with the hexagonal piece molded to the stone.
Should I leave the stone in the oven when stored?
Yes, the stone can be left out in all environments. However, stones do not react well to sudden temperature changes. If it's cold outside, a gradual preheat on Minimum to start would be ideal to not create any stress fractures.
I broke my stone. What do I do?
If your stone is covered in your warranty, we will replace it free of charge. If not, the stone can be purchased through our website.
