1 pre-made pizza dough

1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

1 garlic clove, minced

4 oz of mozzarella, shredded

1 ripe peach, thinly sliced

4 slices of prosciutto

1 ball of fresh burrata cheese

1/4 cup of fresh basil leaves, torn

1 tbsp of balsamic glaze
Preparation

Roll out your pre-made pizza dough to desired thickness on a floured surface.

Brush the extra virgin olive oil evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edge, and scatter the minced garlic.
